김혜진 대표는 High School(고등학교) 시절 부터 메이크업에 입문하여 22년간 꾸준하게 hair(헤어)와 make-up(메이크업) 스킬을 연마하며,전문가로서,공부와 특강활동을 병행하며 입지를 다지고 있다.

김혜진 대표는2009년 부터 4년여 일본 유학생활을 통해 헤어와 메이크업에 대한 일본식 전문 기술을 익혔으며, 대학생활을 통해 한층더 업그레이드된 선진국 화장법과 헤어,메이크업을 배우면서 2013년 일본 국가검정 미용사 면허, 일본 JAPCA(퍼스널컬러) 자격증을 취득하였다.

수상으로는 일본 hair cut(2010.7월),일본 hair make-up contest 위크 제작 기술상,(2011.9월),일본(주)레지나 전국 헤어 메이크업 기술 감투상(2011.10월),대한민국 중소기업 브랜드 대상(생활서비스부문:2018.2월)을 받았다.

일본어로 된 각종 자격증과 일본에서 수상한 표창장을 소유한 국내에서 보기드문 전문적인 스팩과 스킬을 인정받고 있는 대표이다.

소위 정통파 대한민국 메이크업아티스트로 정통으로 실력과 대인관계의 폭을 넓히고 경영전반에 대한 지식을 높이기 위해 한남대학교 경영대학원 최고경영자과정을 수료하고 동대학원 경영 MBA 석사과정에 입학해 석사학위에 도전을 하고 있다.

GLOBAL(세계적)인 소프라노 조수미 성악가가 김혜진 아티스트를 인정하여, 국내는 물론 해외공연에 초청받아 조수미 성악가의 헤어와 메이크업을 선보이며,대한민국 K-beauty(K-뷰티)의 아름다움을 세계방방곡곡에 선보이며,국위선양을 담당하며,유일하게 조수미 소프라노가 귀하게 여기는 아티스트로 자리메김 하고 있다.

이러한 실력을 인정하고 있던 우즈베키스탄 코칸트 대학의 이성준 총장은 베트남에 불고 있는 K - beauty(K-뷰티)와 관련하여 베트남에 있는 대학과 직업학교를 연결하여 국내 기술을 전파하고, 상호 교류차원에서 베트남 대학교 총장단 일행이 대한민국을 방문한 시기에 맞춰 MOU(업무협약)체결을 하게 되었다.

업무교류협정서의 내용은 다음과 같다.

1. 양 기관은 양국의 우호와 친선을 도모하며 양국의 뷰티관련 학술문화 및 교육발전을 위하여 상호신뢰를 기반으로 친밀한 우호관계를 돈독히 한다.

2. 양 기관은 상호 긴밀한 협력에 의거, 뷰티관련 각종 교육프로그램을 공유하며, 교육콘텐츠 개발과 보급을 통하여 양국의 뷰티관련 기술역량을 키우는데 협력한다.

3. 양 기관은 양국의 뷰티산업체에서 필요로 하는 교육훈련과 전문인력양성에 공동으로 참여하기로 한다.

4. 본 협정은 양 기관의 대표가 서명한 날로부터 효력을 발생하는 것으로 하고 그 후는 5년마다 협의를 거쳐 재협정과 종료를 결정하기로 한다.

단 양 기관의 어느 한쪽이 상대방 기관에 대하여 본 협정을 종료시킬 경우 그 의사를 6개월 전까지 통지하기로 한다.

Based on close collaboration, the two institutions will collaborate to enhance the beautyrelated technical capabilities of both countries through the sharing of various beautyrelated educational programs, as well as the development and dissemination of educational content.

The two institutions will jointly participate in the education and training required by the beauty industry in both countries and contribute to the cultivation of professional talents.

This agreement shall enter into force on the date of signing by the representatives of the two institutions and shall be reviewed and renewed or terminated every five years thereafter. However, if either institution intends to terminate this agreement with respect to the other institution, they shall notify their intention at least six months in advance.
